I really appreciate how when you walk in you are greeted with a smiling face( thru the mask) and you feel welcomed. Dr. Waddell has always answered my questions and concerns. I feel she has my best interest at heart, and goes above and beyond the call of duty.

They were very good. They were respectful and took the tome to answer all my questions. I appreciated the way how they walked you through a painful procedure as well.

The staff is a replication of her leadership! I love the diversity in her office and it’s apparent the staff takes pride in providing excellent customer service by ensuring patients are well taken care of.

This was my first visit, I was very impressed! Dr Waddell and her staff are very patient, they took the time to explain step by step what to expect. The one thing that impressed me the most was, my treatment plan printed out with up front prices. This experience is a true definition, of excellent costumer service!!

From multiple extractions to new dentures, Dr Waddell and staff were wonderful, caring, and professional. Phone calls after each procedure, just to check on me, tells me that they cared. We just moved to this area and I have never been more comfortable and relaxed (and informed) with any other dentist in my 54 years. 5 stars.
